Chief Rebel is a game development studio founded by a group of industry veterans in 2018 located in Stockholm, Sweden.

The art is stylized, to enable a timeless look and give a bigger artistic freedom in the creation.
Gameplay comes first. It's about making a game that the developers themself think is fun. And with that, finding the fun early and building on that through iteration and commitment to decisions. -

We are currently starting up a new project. A new IP filled with awesome stylized art!
As Lead Producer you will be one of the first people to join. you'll lead a team of seasoned developers, and drive projects from abstract ideas to successful launch.

Art Director with over 20 years of experience. Worked at companies such as Ubisoft, Avalanche and Rockstar.

You?
Senior Game Producer with roughly 10 years in the role of an EP/Senior/Lead producer. Proven track record of successfully shipping games from conception to release. Possesses significant experience collaborating with external stakeholders, including investors and/or publishers.
Lead Producer

Leading
Lead and enable a core team of 7-8 senior developers. You will create and maintain a production plan, helping the team strike the perfect balance between creativity, fun, and meeting critical milestones. Monitoring risks and maintaining quality will be your second nature, ensuring the project stays on track throughout its lifecycle.

Monetization
Responsible for creating PnL scenarios for different monetization alternatives for the game. Keeping these scenarios up-to-date as the concept evolves over time will be crucial for our success.

Market the game
Produce additional materials needed to market the game, both internally and externally, working closely with publishers and strategic partners. Collaborating with market and player research teams, you will develop a product strategy for game positioning that sets our games apart.
